SAFlex Server has been developed to provide a mean to check and ensure the quality of structural encoding using the entropy. It interprets entropy results by graphical representations. Three visual presentation modes are available for each protein chain in the PDB entry. To use SAFlex you must provides the three-dimensional structure of your complex in PDB format or the ID of its PDB entry and choose the structural alphabet ( SAFlex.V1 or SAFlex.Beta), then click on submit.

Run SAFlex for Encoding Entropy

Please provide the PDB ID of the protein structure or choose a file in PDB format. To provide the PDB ID, select the radio button corresponding to PDB ID, then fill in the PDB ID box the ID. To load a PDB file select the radio button corresponding to PDB file, then click on the choose File botton.
